Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every visit and order on hellotechbd.online, run by Hello Tech BD. Please read them before placing an order; by using the website you agree to them.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
• Prices and offers can change without notice; the price shown when you place the order is the price you pay.
• Product photos are for illustration. Colour and packaging can differ slightly from the picture.
• If a price or stock error is found after you order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel before shipping.

Placing an order

• Every order needs a ৳200 advance paid by bKash at checkout. The rest is paid in cash when the parcel arrives.
• An order is confirmed once the advance is received. We may call you to verify the order before shipping.
• Please give a correct name, mobile number, address and thana. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.
• We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent or that we cannot fulfil; any money paid is refunded.

Delivery

• Inside Dhaka: ৳70, usually within 24 hours.
• Outside Dhaka: ৳130, usually within 2-3 days.
• Express delivery: ৳300, where available.
• Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, bad weather or courier delays. You can follow your parcel on the Track Order page.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy. Warranty is provided as stated on each product page and can be checked on the Verify Warranty page. Warranty does not cover physical, liquid or burn damage, or products repaired or opened by anyone else.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Using the website

• Do not misuse the website, place fake orders or try to break its security.
• Reviews must be honest and about the product; we may remove abusive or misleading reviews.
• Text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to Hello Tech BD or the brand owners and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses from using a product or the website. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We always try to solve a problem directly with you first.
